Pick up a transcript request form from my outer office. Submit it to the counselor or office.  *Be sure to note if you want your ACT score included on the transcript and where you want it sent.  (If you have completed an application through Common App, there is no need to do another request for a transcript, as I will upload it to your account.)

**Seniors, if you are undecided, maybe consider exploring the option of joining the Americorps (national program), or Americorps - Serve Wisconsin: particular Americorps programs in Wisconsin

Use Transferology, an online credit transfer tool, to see how courses transfer in the University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Technical College, and Tribal College systems. Discover how these institutions may award transfer credit for courses, exams, and military experiences.

Seniors, if you have taken any college courses during high school and are attending college this/next fall, you will need to be sure that the college you are attending has received all your college transcripts.  If you are currently attending college classes you can still submit a transcript request but you may want to mark the option that indicates to wait until all courses are completed. (St. Norbert and UW-Oshkosh will require you to sign in with your account information so have that handy (or it may be stored in your device)). Also be prepared to pay, as there will be a fee for each one. Our most common colleges are:

University of Oshkosh - https://www.uwosh.edu/registrar/alumni/transcripts/

Lakeland University - https://lakeland.edu/admissions/registrars-office

St. Norbert College - https://www.snc.edu/registrar/transcripts.html
